Nocturnal Again

Comparing my last post to this one, it feels like a completely different day. However, the time stamp clearly says I'm wrong. 2 AM was when I was feeling my most active yesterday/today. Thanks to me being sick yesterday and sleeping all that time, I couldn't get to sleep until who knows when. I woke up in the mid-afternoon (a few hours ago) and now fear that in order to get my sleep cycle back, I can't go to sleep until tomorrow evening.

This has happened every summer since junior high. There isn't even anything particularly fun to do at 3 in the morning.

This is a test.

First blog here. Not really sure what to talk about. I have had the most boring week of my life sans one day.

Monday - Spent the early, early morning with Angela until she left. Went to sleep. Woke up to pick up Sam. Went back to Angela's. Did nothing.

Tuesday - Woke up to pick up Sam. Stayed at my house all day. Didn't really do much but it was more fun than Angela's empty house.

Wednesday - Nothing. Got Civilisation IV and played that. Somewhat fun.

Thursday - David, Taka, and King came over after 12. We played Soul Caliber for a while. I kick everyone's butt at least once I think. Only lost once. Played as a different character every battle too. Yoda ruined my winning streak. After my turn was finally ended. David and Taka spent the next 47 hours and all my money on SC4 to customize their characters. It was funny and I really didn't care about the money, but I hadn't realized how much time it took up. Then we played some Brawl. We did quite a few round of all random characters. I hate Ice Climbers!

King left for class. Played Pokemon Stadium (the original) and then Mario Party 167896. Not as fun as the previous 167895. Nintendo is getting closer and closer to just having a big "Win" button for some of their games. JT showed up and agreed with our thought on MP177r66389. We took Taka home and JT, David, and I came back to Angela's to play some Munchkin. Now... I'm not saying they cheated (even though David ended up with way more cards in his hand than he should have + the illegal class change), but I am strongly implying they were out to get me. I catch on to games fast so they didn't go easy on me. Thanks guys. What doesn't kill me make me stronger. Next time we play, I win. Very fun game.

Friday - Picked up Sam. Went home and took a long nap. Even the nap at my house was more fun than anything at Angela's being alone. Ate dinner, watched Smackdown (go Morrison!) and went back to Angela's

Saturday - Sick all day.... and bored. Not sure which is worse. Harper's Island was awesome and the only highlight of my day (sad, I know).

That was my week in a nutshell. It was also what caused me to start this blog. Anyone want to take a guess at which of the days wasn't boring for me? I'll give you a hint: it actually involved interacting with human beings. Imagine that.

P. S.
I can totally be a bartender now! No interest in drinking, but I know how to make some of the simpler drinks thanks to JT needing to be quizzed.
